Mary's Visit 2007: Biot
Back in Biot we went up to wander the streets of the medieval village and shop for gifts. John even joined us one day in the square. We also relaxed at the house while Mary perfected her Cherry Almond Tart recipe in our newly renovated kitchen. I worked on perfecting my Chicken Apricot and Date Tagine recipe and treated her to a Batard Montrachet we had bought in Burgundy two years ago which was enjoyed immensely by all. She even got to briefly enjoy the yard and pool. Two weeks went by in a flash and it was sad to see Mary safely off. As far as "les invitées" go she's a good one and certain to be invited again!
